Glutamax Lightening Soap with Glutathione Review

I used the product mid of October for two weeks

I was really intrigued by Glutamax because of their tag line "kutis mayaman."

Which made me think "sa kutis manlang maging mayaman lol" but seriously, I really wanted to try it because of the raves from the the beauty forums/friends etc. So my partner bought me the soap when I once mentioned to him that I wanted to try it. (My partner is really supportive in everything I do). Ok no more chikas and all.. Let's start!

Description:

Ingredients:

Sodium soap from vegetable oil, Salicylic Acid, Sodium Lactate, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Fragrance, Octadecyl Di-t-Butyl-4-hydroxhydrocinnamate, Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate, Tetrasodium EDTA, Titanium Dioxide, Methyl Paraben, Ethyl Paraben, Butyl Paraben, Phenoxy Ethanol and Reduced L-Glutathione.

Directions:

Use GlutaMAX to wash face and body. Lather for at least 3 minutes then rinse well. Pat dry with a clean towel. Store in a soap dish with cover. Use with other GlutaMAX products for best results.

My Review:

When it comes to soaps, I am very particular with the scent because it makes me want to use the soap longer and I feel clean and fresh. Good thing Glutamax has a mild flowery scent which is very pleasant. The soap is big and I'm having a hard time to scrub it on my body. It has a very fine micro beads like thionemax lightening soap. I really can't explain the touch hahaha it is not very smooth but it feels great on body. The soap doesn't melt easily which is a plus (hello it is a bit expensive and I will cry if it melts easily) but it doesn't lasts that long. In terms of whitening? Yes it did whiten my skin, I noticed my scar on my right knee was lightened a bit and my skin looks so fresh and glowy specially under the sun. The only downside is it is a bit pricey for a maintenance whitening soap. But all in all, Glutamax is worth a try and very reliable. This will be my go to when I want to rest my skin from strong whitening soaps.

Will I recommend it?

Yes! And No!

Yes if you have a budget, this soap is true to its promise.

No! If you are looking for a whitening soap for long term use. As I have said, it is a bit pricey but if you have a bed of money! ( mayaman ) Go ahead and give it a shot baby!!
