Royale Pinkish Glow Cream Review

I have told you how much I love Nivea Soft with Jojoba Oil Moisturizer. I love how it gives my face a nice moisture and softness. Last week, during our vacation in nueva ecija, my good friend Daniel who's a member of Royale Business Club, gave me  Royale L- Gluta Power and Pinkish Glow for review purposes, and I said why not?

What?
Pinkish Glow Brightening & Smoothening Cream is a combination of innovations in skin brightening science.

Pinkish Glow not only brightens your facial skin, but also makes it smooth and free of blemishes and dark spots. It also has Sun Protection Factor.

The primary ingredients of Pinkish Glow are Alpha arbutin, Glutathione, Lycopene and UV Filters

• Alpha arbutin is a natural, safe and effective skin-lightening ingredient that inhibits the activity of tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for skin pigmentation. Alpha Arbutin promotes superb lightening effect and brings a more luminous, evenly balanced skin tone.

• Glutathione and Lycopene are powerful anti-oxidants that help reduce oxidative damage occurring from daily sun exposure and other environmental pollutants.

• UV Filters act as shield against harmful effects of the sun and protect skin from future discoloration.

The combination of these natural ingredients makes Pinkish Glow a safe and effective skin-brightening product for daily use.

My Review:
First thing I've noticed was the packaging of this product is so cute. Very girly looking with a glass jar covered by a pink crown. That's a bit off for me since I'm guy lol. But sister and my mom loves the appearance hehe. The cream is a bit pinkish literally and the small jar contains very few but a little goes a long way, it has a nice soothing scent which is a plus for me.

The morning after the day I received it I decided to start testing the product, I first tried to put it under my ears to see if it will give my skin some reactions, I've learned that from my derma. After 1hr I didn't notice any reaction, itchiness or what not so I thought I'm good to go and applied it on my face, first thing first, it has a sheer matte finish which I really don't like, because I have a dry skin already, it blends good on your skin, you can notice a lil pinkish immediate effect after application that blends well on my skin tone. After 2 days I didn't notice any pimple sprouting so I continued using it not until The 5th day, wooo this is it! I had pimples sprouted on my forehead, I'm almost in tears that time because I never had a pimple for a long time because of the kojic papaya soap that I'm using and it really dries up my pimples very quick. ( I will make a separate review for that soap ). So I decided to stop using Pinkish Glow and the breakout stopped too. So this Moisturizer from a reputable Brand didn't suit on my skin, so Sad. I'm sorry Dan if you're reading this I need to be honest, with what happened to me.

Me Wearing Pinkish Glow with baby powder on, Sorry I had to crop the photo because I'm not yet shaving when I took this photo. However it has no filter. I just zoomed the pic.

I just like the fact that it has alpha arbutin which is a very powerful whitening ingredient nowadays. Tho I didn't notice any whitening, since I just used it for 5 days.

Will I recommend it?
Maybe you can try it if you have very oily skin as it gives a sheer matte finish. It might give you great results. But I feel that it can really whiten skin as long as first, if you're skin is oily and lastly if you're skin is not sensitive.
