Opulence Ultra White Glycolic Peel Soap Review

A lot of real users have been testifying about Opulence products online. Some of them are making mini product reviews and some are just expressing their thoughts which is so nice. Last month, Opulence sent me some products to try and one of them is the Opulence Ultra White Glycolic Peel Soap. I've tried this soap (on my body only) for almost two weeks so here I am sharing to you my experience again. 😄

It comes in a very simple yet information loaded packaging. The soap itself is very cute weighing 120g. It's kinda short for me though. Anyway, I like the smell it's very refreshing and it has a mild cooling effect which is perfect for Philippine weather lol. 😂

Just like the usual, I soaked it on my skin for five minutes and hell! It stung hahaha (on my nips area. 😂 The soap is a little strong so I need to reduce my soaking time. I soaked it on my skin for two minutes during my second trial and yeah boy! Everything went smooth and good haha.

I immediately saw dead skin cells lifting right after every bath. I experienced micro peeling and skin dryness specially on my legs and tummy. It's true that it's effective in making our skin lighter. It actually reminds me of my favorite Thionemax Lightening Soap (talking about the effects).

What makes this soap so effective is that it contains Glycolic Acid which a very powerful skin exfoliator. It also contains Sunflower and Grapeseed oils to combat the drying effect of Glycolic. Its moisturizing effect is not that effective though. Make sure to have your favorite moisturizer or lotion and you're good to go.

What I like:
• Effective  (true to its claims)
• Skin peeling
• Smells good
• Has cooling effect
• Informative packaging
• Comes from a trusted brand
• Cold processed

What I don't like:
• It stings a bit
• The product is a little small
• Drying

All in all, I found this product effective. Just remember two things, first, don't leave it on your skin for more than 3 minutes and second, always use moisturizer or lotion after taking a bath. This will surely deliver great results with the proper usage.  It's clearly stated on the box to use the soap for not more than 30 seconds. Since I'm hard headed, I tried it for 5 minutes haha. I think it won't cause dryness if you use it for not more than 30 seconds but 2 to 3 minutes is fine with me.

I'm halfway done using the Opulence Nutrawhite L Glutathione and will also make a review about it soon. 😄
