Gluta Essentials Oral Capsules Review + Giveaway Winner

When I received the email offering me to review this glutathione capsules, I immediately made my research about it because I am not familiar with the brand. To cut the long story short, I bravely accepted the product and tried it myself. (Yes this is sponsored. You know that I am always transparent to you my loves. :))

Just like the usual glutathione capsules, it comes in a sealed plastic bottle. I like color combination of the sticker. The green, white and gold makes it look fancy not to mention that everything you need to know about the supplement is printed very nicely.

I took this glutathione supplement for 15 days. 1 capsule 30 minutes after breakfast and 1 capsule 30 minutes after dinner. I didn't notice any negative effects like acne breakout, burning throat, palpitation, diarrhea or weight gain. However, it makes my acid serious (yung feeling na sinisikmura ka?) so I made sure to have at least crackers or biscuit right after taking the said supplement.

To be honest, after taking Gluta Essentials for 15 days, I didn't notice a dramatic change on my skin color or complexion. Maybe it needs more time to see the result perhaps a month or two? The good thing about this glutathione is that, on my 10th day of taking it, I already noticed a more glowing skin. You know that I have a fair skin and I look really pale. I know that the glutathione is working when it gives a pinkish color or noticeable glow on my skin and Gluta Essentials just does that.

All in all, Gluta Essentials is a good whitening supplement as it gives my skin a certain glow plus it has nice ingredients. Perhaps it takes more than a month of taking to see its full effect. Anyway, I must say that this is an OK glutathione and I still recommend it since it didn't cause me bad side effects (except from my acid of couse).
