Open Kitchen: A New Food Park in Cubao

I saw this newly opened food park when our uber driver change our route going home. It was around 11:00pm and I was wondering why there's a party going on during that time. I was amazed by the lights and sound so I asked our driver to slow down so I can check what was going on and confirmed! It's a newly opened food park!

Open Kitchen Food Park

Open Kitchen Food Park is designed such that containers hosting various unique food concepts have kitchens that are largely open to the entire food park. Not only will the environment entertain and make diners comfortable, it will also showcase chefs’ talents in their habitat so that guests can see how their favorite dishes are prepared.

The ambiance of this food park is really nice as it gives that chill yet appetizing vibes. There are bands serenading the guests and enough parking for those who want to bring their cars. The food park itself is along the road so it is really easy to locate.

Frying Kick

We first activated our appetite to prepare our hungry tummies for the main dish haha. We ordered Mozzarella sticks from Frying Kick. This one's really appetizing and the serving is quite big so me and my friends enjoyed this so much.

The Archipelago

After that appetizing starter, we then decided to order for heavy meals (rice) haha. We chose this restaurant called: The Archipelago. This one's a sister company of the famous Barrio Fiesta chain of restaurants so our expectations were high. Me and my friends were disappointed because we did not enjoy the foods. For their prices, we were expecting  a little more serving and something special but the foods taste typical. The good thing is that, their foods are well garnished so they are Instagram worthy.

Biggy's

Since we were not satisfied with our main dish, we decided to try another concessionaire and we found this Biggy's. They serve inihaw's in a bucket (isaw, bbq, chicharon bulaklak, etc.) My friends ordered the BM1 (3pcs Pork BBQ with rice and Achara) and the BB4 (2 BBQ, 2 Bulaklak, and 4 Isaw). I don't eat pork so my friends are the ones who told me that it tastes super good and they really enjoyed the suka or vinegar that the inihaws came with.

After hours of food trip, we went straight to their rooftop to chill and feel the relaxing cold breeze while listening to band. We also took some pictures there because the environment was really inviting.

All in all, we really enjoyed our experience at the Open Kitchen food park and we will definitely go back because there's a lot of restaurants there that we wanna try. That's the good thing about food parks, you get to try different dishes in one place. I personally recommend you this place my awesome readers. :)
