I have been battling a serious pimple problem for a long time now, I found some amazing products that helped me control my acne breakout if not totally removed them all. The saddest part of being a beauty blogger is embracing the fact that I am a human guinea pig. Clear Proof Clarifying Cleanser
The cleanser is very straightforward like the entire Clear Proof line. It's like a gel cleanser that gently cleanses my skin without leaving my skin dry and feeling stretched. I like the smoothness it gives right after every wash. I only need a dime-sized amount of the product to cleanse my entire face and neck.
I also appreciate the generous amount of product they put inside the tube so you really get what you pay for. I just hope it produces a generous amount of lather because I enjoy cleansers that bubbles a lot hehe.
Clear Proof Blemish Control Toner
This is a salicylic based toner so it stings when you apply it on the open wounded pimples. Just like the cleanser, the bottle contains a generous amount of the product (5 fluid once).
It gives a cooling effect on my skin whenever I'm using this product and it makes my skin smoother to touch. My active pimple feels itchy after applying this toner so it's a good sign that the product is working its way to fight the acne causing bacteria.
Clear Proof Oil-Free Moisturizer
Can I just emphasize how I LOVE this moisturizer? Holy Sshh.. This moisturizer is a bomb! It feels really lightweight while giving my face enough moisture. It has a very mild scent that makes me feel refreshed right after applying the product. I like using this product before applying my foundation because it makes my face look healthy and hydrated.
Clear Proof Deep-Cleansing Charcoal Mask
The mask has a nice runny texture, which made it really easy to apply and spread on the skin. Three minutes after applying, it started to dry in a non-tightening kinda way so it feels really good on skin. The product is also easy to rinse so you don't have to harm your face when removing this mask.
I noticed that I get less oily using this product specially on my noise area which I usually get oil a lot.
Clear Proof Spot Solution
This is has a creamy texture which makes it perfect to apply on spot that I wish to heal faster. True enough, this treatment can heal pimple overnight. This product works amazingly on my skin and I always bring this on my bag wherever I go because it's not my go-to pimple buster hehe.
All in all, I can confidently say that this Clear Proof Acne System by Mary Kay helped me control my acne and makes my skin pimple-free for couple of weeks. Sadly, during my trip to Malaysia, I forgot to bring this kit so I used a regular soap on my face out of no choice so I got acne breakout again huhu.
